Why KAIROS?

It is one of two words that the ancient Greeks had for 'time'; the other being chronos (χρόνος). Whereas the latter refers to chronological or sequential time, kairos signifies a proper or opportune time for action. In this sense, while chronos is quantitative, kairos has a qualitative, permanent nature.

In rhetoric, kairos is "a passing instant when an opening appears which must be driven through with force if success is to be achieved". Kairos, then, means that one must find the best situation, taking timing into consideration, to act.

Productivity and Time Management Corelation

Time management is the process of organizing and planning how to divide your time between different activities.

The most accepted definition of productivity is:  Personal productivity is how efficiently you can complete tasks important to you consistently.

In our coaching program, we dive deep into the correlation between the soft skill of time management and the result of productivity, which, in our opinion, is also meaningful on a personal level and must be defined by you and your personal and professional traits.

Our philosophy on productivity and managing time

Despite the vast amount of research and published works on productivity and time management techniques, countless methods of managing personal and professional resources, including time, at Kairos Productivity Coaching, we believe in highly personalizing and creating customized time management and productivity plan, suiting your personality type, cognitive features, personal preferences.  We built a personal ( and team if requested so) profile, present you with the toolbox of techniques and together with you, work to create the best possible plan tailored for you, work on transitioning working technique to habit and watch you execute and thrive.

Introduction to time management.

Time management is the art of balancing competing priorities to make the most of the limited amount of time we have each day. Effective time management is essential for success in any aspect of life, whether it be work, school, or personal pursuits.

One of the most important aspects of time management is prioritization. We all have multiple tasks and responsibilities to manage, but it's essential to identify the most important and urgent ones and prioritize them accordingly. This involves determining what tasks are essential and will have the most significant impact on achieving our goals, then allocating sufficient time and resources to complete them.

Another crucial aspect of time management is planning. Planning involves breaking down larger tasks into smaller, more manageable components and scheduling time to work on each one. This not only makes larger tasks feel more achievable but also allows us to identify potential roadblocks and adjust our plans accordingly.
